Litigation experience 1982 - present: 6 years largely representing plaintiffs in personal injury, employment and real estate disputes, plus 11 years representing defendants as the Managing Trial Attorney for an insurance carrier.

Strong negotiation, risk analysis and litigation management skills

Mediation style assures each side assesses the strengths and weaknesses of each side's case, and then weighs the costs, risks and benefits of proceeding to trial, versus settlement.

The hourly rate for mediation services is $335 per hour and there is also a $250 Admin. Fee. There is a four and one-half hour minimum for all mediation sessions. The Minimum Mediation Session Fee is thus $1,757.50.  Preparation time and mediation session time beyond this minimum are also billed at $335 per hour. All Fees are split equally between the parties. Will travel at no charge to conduct mediations at a location in the Bay Area that is convenient to the parties.
